Scott and Victoria are longtime fans of making condiments from scratch, mustards in particular. (And they're darn good at it too.) After being told time and time again "You should sell this!", they decided to pursue their passion for that ground-up, vinegar-y goodness by starting their own small business. Scott brings his masterful grilling and charcuterie experience and Victoria, a native Californian, brings culinary skills gained from both Bay Area cooking schools and her grandmother's kitchen. They make their mustards entirely by hand, grinding the whole mustard seeds and adding organic vinegars, spices, sweeteners and Kosher salt. And that's about it.
