In 2001, Sarah was cooking at a Tibetan teahouse when she stumbled onto her suspiciously perfect recipe for Firepot Chai, based on a traditional recipe from the Himalayan Mountains. And then, as the greatest things often do, it accidentally turned into a business. Sarah uses all sorts of secret techniques to yield a not-quite-so-sweet chai tea that's somehow richer than the rest. It might have something to do with the freshly-ground spices and high-quality fair trade and organic teas. But that's just a guess. < less
