It takes a lot of patience to be a farmer. The process of nurturing a seed until it grows to its full potential can be long — rewarding, but long. Luckily Lia finds pleasure in completing all of the steps it takes to produce local homegrown foodstuffs — pickles, relishes, simple syrups — you name it. She’s fully committed to the entire process from researching how to grow healthy plants and build delicious recipes, to producing (and even eating) all of the products herself. Every single foodstuff that Lia sells, she has a jar or bottle of the same thing sitting on a shelf in her home.
