"They’re made in the moment and there’s no going back and editing. The process utilizes a material that is otherwise trash to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art, that are meant to be worn."
When Nicole bought her first letterpress equipment, it came with a bunch of leftover type. Cool pieces of vintage letterpress history that couldn't be used anymore, and that the previous owner had never thrown away. But, as the saying goes: one man's junk is another man's awesome jewelry idea". Nicole takes these piles of scrap type, chops 'em up and crafts them into one-of-a-kind pieces of art — art that's wearable and tells a bit of a story too. Not so bad for junk, eh? < less
