While living in Brazil, Mike made the discovery of a lifetime, namely, that it's possible to infuse honey with chili pepper. So the first thing he did after moving back to the states was to try it on his food of choice — pizza. Mike loved the taste of spicy honey atop piping hot pizza so much, that he shared it with a local pizza restaurant owner. Once other pizza lovers got a taste, the orders began pouring in. Now Mike sources local (and raw!) honey to infuse with chili peppers, bottles it up and ships it off to anxious fans who can't wait to use it on all sorts of things (pizza included).
