After Sam's husband decided he wanted to make the family a weekly pancake breakfast, she made the important caveat that his flapjacks be healthy. Storebought mixes just weren't cutting it, so they started playing with recipes. Eventually, the couple toyed with the idea of milling their own whole-grain flours. And now they sell the goods in the form of pancake mixes. Their small-batch creations are made using grains from organic farms, milled ten cups at a time. They've expanded to include a gluten-free version as well, ensuring this new variety maintains the same flavor and texture of its predecessor. show more
