Ceramic Molder
Brooklyn, NYC

“I've deconstructed the process into what works with my style. Each piece is made with these two hands and there are no two pieces exactly alike.”

Erin’s first run-in with ceramics was in high school, when taking an extra art class meant she got a ride home from a friend instead of taking the bus. Since then she has acquired her own means of transportation and a deeper passion for the craft (in other words, her motivations are grander than hitching a ride). Her clay creations are crafted from start to finish and although they appear simple – she has been told her pieces take a form that matches whatever music she is listening to. And from the looks of things, her tastes are both varied and excellent.
