Good news for you breakfast connoisseurs living it up in the northerly parts of town: Atlanta's favorite buttery, flaky baked good has flown north and landed right in the middle of Brookhaven. Home to the same funky floral tablecloths and eclectic Southern cookin' as the original, this Biscuit is bringing a little bit of down-home charm to Brookhaven's shiny Town development. Oh, and the grits? Still dreamy. Still creamy. And still delicious enough to incite mutual adoration from strangers, if my impromptu conversation with the gal at the next table is any indicator.

It's been nearly two decades since the Flying Biscuit set up shop in our little town, and since then, it's become a hometown culinary landmark. Some might even call it the stuff of legends. Whatever you might call it, their hand-rolled biscuits, from-scratch sauces, and fresh ingredients make for super suppers and breakfasts of champions.
