They're given a creative spin by founder Jean-Georges Vonderichten and Chef de Cuisine Shean Suter on a menu made for sharing. (That is, if you don't mind sharing that plate of deliciously spicy-sweet Thai wings.) For those who haven't yet set foot in the restaurant, take note: the scenery is just as much a sensory treat as the food and drink. The lofty, dramatic dining room, lined with cushy booths and lit by rope-strung lanterns dangling overhead, sets the stage for the inventive dishes and exotic flavors dreamed up by the kitchen and bar—dishes and flavors inspired by the worldly travels of Jean-Georges Vonderichten himself. We don't know about y'all, but we're more than happy to travel vicariously through him, as long as coconut sticky rice and lychee-raspberry bellinis are involved.
