Sushi? Chinese? When it's time to decide what's for dinner Chop Chop & Moto has got all those bases covered, meaning you get to stop arguing about where to go and start scarfing down a Godzilla Roll even faster.
Sushi or Chinese for dinner? Here to answer one of the most trying questions of our times is Chop Chop and Moto of Cumming. Offering both Chinese (Chop Chop) and Japanese (Moto) cuisine they've put an end to many a civil disagreement over dining options. The owner Seng, who opened up shop in 2007 has been a sushi chef for over a dozen years. This explains why Chop Chop & Moto offers such an extensive selection of traditional and modern favorites (we're partial to that Godzilla Roll). The space bridges the gap between tradition and modernism, too, with lofted ceilings, exposed ductwork and an authentic sushi bar making this spot one that's cozy and comfortable.

Sure, this is a sushi place that never lowers the quality of their fresh fish due to price hikes. And it's a damn fine hibachi spot, too – with filet mignon and shrimp scallops both making regular appearances. But Chop Chop & Moto also whips up a surprisingly delicious Lo Mein and Thai Basil (with chicken, shrimp, bell pepper, mushroom and basil) that, quite honestly, are nigh unforgettable. What was that saying? Jack of all trades, master of all? Because that appears to be what's goin' on here.
