Le Metro Creperie

100% off one crepe at Le Metro Creperie
Le Metro Creperie's menu includes both savory and sweet options that range from the traditional (ham and Gruyere; asparagus and prosciutto) to the straight-up sinful (Toblerone mousse, anyone?).
When we think of Paris, we have certain visions dancing in our heads: buttery croissants, crusty baguettes, boulangeries packed with bready delights… but wholesome, gluten-free options? Not so much. Or so we thought, 'til we met the mother-daughter duo behind Le Metro Creperie. This intrepid pair of gluten-free eaters is whipping up sweet and savory French treats with locally sourced ingredients—and nary a speck of gluten. Which just makes that Nutella crepe that much more enticing, no?

Chock-full of charm, this little crepe stand in the Curb Market set up shop in early 2014 after the co-owner had an epiphany: it ain't easy being gluten-free in this town. After facing the salad bar time and time again, Christine and her daughter decided to take matters into their own hands and dream up an eatery where everyone – gluten-free or not – could tuck in to a delicious, fresh, sometimes even decadent meal. Le Metro Creperie's menu includes both savory and sweet options that range from the traditional (ham and Gruyere; asparagus and prosciutto) to the straight-up sinful (Toblerone mousse, anyone?). And, thanks to a base recipe that includes buckwheat, teff, and rice flours, the whole shebang is naturally gluten-free. Au revoir, salad bar.
