What’s Viva Mexico's secret to success? An unwavering devotion to serving up authentic, fresh Mexican eats – pure and simple. From our first taste of salsa to our final bite of flan – only one word comes to mind: satisfaction. It’s hard to believe that twenty years have gone by since Viva Mexico first opened their doors to Marietta. Not many restaurants can boast such longevity. What’s their secret to success? An unwavering devotion to serving up authentic, fresh Mexican eats – pure and simple. Sit down at a table and let the feast begin, from the first serving of salsa and guacamole, to our final bite of Cajeta De Leche – only one word comes to mind when we eat at Viva Mexico. And that word is satisfaction.
Never again will we settle for a sad burrito from a sub-par faux-Mexican stop. Viva Mexico has taught us not to compromise when it comes to authentic Mexican eats. They’re serving up the real deal regularly. Case-point, their ceviche. This perfect, juicy shrimp is cooked overnight in fresh limejuice then mixed up with chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro into one delicious feast. Also of note is the Burro El Roqueta – a burrito to put all other burritos to shame. Not only is the pork the things our pig-lovin’ dreams are made of, but it’s served with a bountiful topping of gooey and delicious queso. Wash it all down with a refreshing margarita, and we may have just stumbled into a little slice of paraiso.
