In need of a dreamy retreat from the hustle-and-bustle of the day? Sea Bass kitchen is just the oasis we've been searching for – offering up healthy, scrumptious eats and libations that wash all of our woes away.
Little did we know it, but nestled right off of the bustling Roswell Road in Sandy Springs there’s a bit of an oasis. One step into SeaBass Kitchen’s double doors and we're instantly miles away from the commuter traffic and hustle and bustle of the day and instead engulfed by warm, congenial vibes. We were smitten the second we were given a friendly greeting from the dapper bar tender as he polished his glasses. And after taking a cozy at a table that overlooked in the dining room that overlooked the kitchen? Well, once glance at Chef Will Smith's busied team sautéing the freshest of seafood in front of a blazing wood fire oven – and we were tempted to pinch ourselves. (Luckily we held off doing so until after finishing the meal.)

The dream continued – with a wide variety of seafood flown in daily and prepared with love and care by chefs who specialize in Mediterranean fare, we were presented with a seemingly endless variety of delectable eats to sink our teeth into. Even better? No need to feel guilty afterward – SeaBass kitchen keeps their focus on healthy Mediterranean bites. We’d be hard-pressed to find a stick of butter in the kitchen, and there are a bevy of paleo and gluten-free options on hand on the menu. That, coupled with an impressive rotating list of wines (with over 100 bottles in stock at any given moment) make for a dinner combo that is simply too good to resist. And in case we weren’t in a wine state-of-mind – the aforementioned dapper barkeep is pretty handy with a jigger and shaker. Healthy, scrumptious eats and libations to wash our woes away? Yes, we’d much rather let this dream carry on through many an evening.
