Just when we didn't think we could be sweeter on Honey Bubble, they started dishing out a fresh new treat of their very own design. Ladies and gents, meet your new favorite summertime treat: the Frozen Snowcap. After seemingly endless of wishing and hoping, our dreams came to fruition: an in-town locale for us to get our bubble tea fix. Honey Bubble quickly proved itself to be more than your run-of-the-mill boba café. Their uncompromising commitment to sourcing only the best and freshest ingredients for their goods. Each bubble tea is made with legit fresh milk (organic soy, too) and the teas are brewed fresh each day. (A rarity among bubble tea shops, who often turn to artificial flavor concentrates and astronaut-worthy powdered milk instead.) Plus, they're mixing up the standby flavors like taro, lychee, lavender and honeydew, but also offering a few options more reminiscent of Western desserts—salted caramel, for example. Factor in the colorful macarons from Alon's and the sweet treats from Highland Bakery, and you've got all the fixins for one heck of a sweet tea party.
And just when we thought we couldn't be more devout bubblers, the brains behind Honey Bubble started dishing out a fresh new treat of their very own design. Ladies and gents, meet your new favorite summertime treat: the Frozen Snowcap. This delicious, icy confection bridges the gap between gelato and italian ice and is made with a combination of almond milk, ice and new inventive flavors that rotate regularly. (Vegans take note, you can indulge in this goodness too!) One taste of their peach margarita snowcap and we knew we were hooked. And they contented to sweeten the deal (we didn't think it was possible!) with honey dew, coconut strawberry and banana chocolate chip pecan options popping up, too. So when we're pining to cool down from the dog days of summer (or, you know – just on the hunt for a tasty treat) – to Honey Bubble we go.
