Straddling the divide between fine dining and casual swanky spot, A-Priori simply wants to serve up seafood the right way, not to mention in every which way.Just when we think we’ve seen (and eaten) it all on Buford Highway – we’re proven wrong. Which, in this case, is a really great thing. Straddling the divide between fine dining and casual swanky spot, A-Priori simply wants to serve up seafood the right way, not to mention in every which way. With a fervent focus on freshness, organic goods, and quality, the team behind this swanky, tucked-away eatery simply wants to celebrate the bounties of the ocean and the healthy sustenance it has to offer. And since the ocean knows no boundaries or regions, A-Priori takes the whole world of oceanic cuisine into account. Which is really great, because up until we stepped foot in their door we had yet to take a bite of an expertly prepared Grilled Spanish Octopus. But oh, are we oh-so-glad that circumstance has changed. (Trust us, its beautifully flavorful and incredibly tender. You’ll probably want to applaud it.)
From their more casual lunch-time offerings, like their epically portioned Maine Lobster Roll, or their wonderfully plump Crab Cake Sliders, to their more decadent continental fixings like the Grilled Whole Branzino or Ceviche, A-Priori prepares their dishes with a flair seldom seen on Buford Highway, something we heavily attribute to their Executive Chef, who spent a good deal of time in the highfalutin’ and well revered kitchens of Buckhead Life’s restaurants. Whether you set your sails here for a first date, a gathering with friends, or a business lunch – we have a feeling you’ll be mighty tempted to drop anchor and stay a while. It’s just that good.
