Whether you’re trying to get it in gear for the new year or just looking to mix up your exercise routine, these recently opened fitness locales will have you movin’, groovin’ and burning serious calories.

The Barre Scene
With class names like “Vixen Workout” and “Barre Brawl,” this Buckhead dance and fitness studio (created by former Orangetheory fitness instructor and Miami Heat dancer Katherine Akra) ensures you’re having fun while feeling the burn, with upbeat jams and a laidback but energetic atmosphere that features fun bar-themed touches like “bottomless” classes and “barretender” instructors.

The Daily
This impeccably designed Westside pilates studio aims to inspire locals to “do it on the daily”—”it” being work out, of course. Founded by 25-year fitness vet Lily Collins, The Daily offers five signature classes that focus on tone, flexibility and high energy interval training. They also offer The Daily 30, a half-hour circuit training class, so there’s no excuse not to fit a quick sweat into your schedule.

Iron Tribe Fitness
With several locations in and around the city, this gym and studio focuses on lifelong health and fitness goals, with special offerings like nutrition plans, womens-only classes, advanced training, courses for kiddos and more. This spring, ITF has plans to open a new location in a warehouse space in West Midtown, so even more ATLiens can find their tribe.

CorePower Yoga
This hip yoga studio, with more than 100 outposts across the U.S., recently opened a second ATL location at the buzzy Ponce City Market. Whether you’re a newbie or die-hard yogi, CorePower offers a free week of classes for first-time visitors to get their “om” on, from Yoga 1 and Yoga Sculpt to CoreCardio Circuit, How Power Fusion and CoreRestore.

DEFINE body & mind
Find some zen and this new Buckhead workout studio that combines pilates, yoga, barre and indoor cycling. Classes are split up into body (pilates, yoga and barre), revolution (cycling) and mind (flexibility and balance) categories amid inviting environs to make up a well-rounded routine to keep you in tip-top shape both inside and out.
