Cow Bells' goal is to make the best burger you've ever had. What's the first thought that comes to mind when your hear the words "cow" and "bell"? Is it the pasty flesh of Will Ferrell's very animated stomach shaking along to Blue Oyster Cult's sweetest jam "(Don't Fear) The Reaper"? Well, you're not alone. It's what came to mind when business owner Daniel Oliveira came up with the name for his food truck Cow Bells. That and the fact that his delicious burgers come from cows (and turkeys and black beans too!). Cow Bells is not your ordinary burger stand; Oliveira carefully planned out a menu that caters to both burger enthusiasts and health nuts alike. This nostalgia-inducing black & yellow trailer also does an excellent job piquing the little kid in all of us with cherry lemonade, tater tots and mini corn dogs indulgences!
Though customers can create their own burger at Cow Bells, what is the fun in that when Oliveira made tasty creations such as the Blue Flame burger with blue cheese and grilled jalapeno, or the breakfast-inspired Rise n' Shine burger with sunny side up egg, ham and bacon to satiate our appetites? For the health conscious, check out the Pilgrim turkey burger dressed in basil mayo and dried cranberries or the Woody Harrelson black bean burger with honey mustard and avocado. With food like that, there's no fearin' the reaper.
