There are a lot of sushi restaurants in Boston, but Osushi provides a simple, yet stylish experience like no other.Located along the mezzanine of the Westin Hotel in Copley Square, Osushi is both elegant and unique. That's due to sushi Chef Ken Iwaoka, who transforms already superb seafood into an intricately displayed and beautiful meal—a feast not only for the taste buds, but for the eyes, as well. But back to the 'buds. Osushi takes pride in everything it serves, meaning all the ingredients are both fresh and authentic—many are imported fresh directly from overseas. Standard sushi favorites are killer alongside more tantalizing menu choices, like the exotic fish, sashimi and the regularly changing specials. We suggest even booking a seat for an upcoming sushi and sake flight, where sushi selections are paired with a variety of traditional (and not so traditional) sakes, while knowledgeable vendors and staff members wax poetic about the intricacies of the time-honored Japanese beverage. Osushi? More like oh, so delicious.
