Ketchup Burger Bar
Ketchup Burger Bar is expanding their menu, as well as their outlook on what their restaurant should be, and they're doing it all with the same skill and flavor that has marked their burgers. If you're familiar with the Uptown area of Dallas, then you already know about Ketchup Burger Bar and the classy, tasty burgers they produce. When you're making them like they dowith fresh, in-house ground meats, piles of fancy toppings, and locally baked breadkeeping it a secret just isn't going to happen. What you DON'T know is that Ketchup Burger Bar is slowly becoming something more than just a place to chase down a burger with a beer (though it will always be that, too). Ketchup Burger Bar is expanding their menu, as well as their outlook on what their restaurant should be, and they're doing it all with the same skill and flavor that has marked their burgers thus far.
There's live music, daily specials, and other fun things on the horizon, but what's important is the new food that's showing up fashionably late to their menu. The Homemade Fried Pickles, served with a kicky Chipotle Lime Sauce, are ready and waiting to serve as the basis for all your future junk food cravings. There's also new wings, quesadillas, and, for those who might be trying to keep things a tad healthier, the “Acapulco Fish Tacos.”
Perhaps most revolutionary, Ketchup Burger Bar has solved the terminally horrific parking problem in Uptown (at least with regards to their customers). Around the corner on Cole St., your salvation awaits in a parking garage with plenty of spots and no money down. It's the Uptown version of the Holy Grail.
