Operating with a decidedly Mediterranean bent, N Cuisine is dishing up wondrous reminders that food doesn't always have to come cloaked in cheese and/or be deep-fried beyond all reason. As summer descends upon the DFW Metroplex like a smothering, wet blanket, don't ya think it's about time to start mixing up your diet a bit? Sure, we love the double-stacked gutbuster burgers as much as the next guy with a spatula and kiss-the-cook apron... but do you really want that weighing you down? It's okay to say yes, but first think about the meat sweats that'll cause, then get back to us. We'll be waiting at N Cuisine, a restaurant serving up food that's light, delicious, and won't make you feel like you've ingested the entirety of Cowboys Stadium in one monstrous smorgasbord.
Operating with a decidedly Mediterranean bent, N Cuisine is dishing up wonderful reminders that food doesn't always have to come cloaked in cheese and/or be deep-fried beyond all reason. The hummus, which is made in-house, is a garlicky treat; smooth and creamy, topped with a roasted pumpkin seeds for just the right amount of crunch. The Tabouleh is equally crafted on-site, and it's a strong bet, too; the fresh grains are filling, and go a long way to making you forget about a grease-ridden side order of onion rings. The real star, however, is their gyro meat, which they serve up in a variety of ways: pizzas, enchiladas, pasta... basically, Gyro + anything you could imagine. Ok, almost anything. Try it quesadilla style, for a wonderful blending of cultures. It'll goes down easy, no matter the season.
