The folks at our favorite Nashville breakfast/brunch/lunch spot, West End Cafe, are at it again! Now serving dinner, West End Cafe’s new menu excites us just as much as those Belgian waffles we’ve come to scarf down every Saturday. While West End Cafe's original plan was to offer only breakfast and lunch, early success and customer requests prompted them to begin serving dinner beginning at 5 pm daily.

West End Cafe's dinner menu was created with the same focus as breakfast and lunch—it’s upscale comfort food with hints of southern and southwestern influence. So whether you’re craving something small during happy hour (we recommend the Wok Charred Green Beans or West End Cafe Hot House Fries) or one of their signature entrees (Cedar Plank Salmon), West End Cafe's dinner menu has a little something for everyone. Yup, even you vegetarians out there.

But what we might like most about West End Cafe, aside from the Hot House Fries mentioned above (we’re pretty much fans of anything covered in gravy), is that they aren’t just another one of those restaurants looking to turn a quick buck. Purchasing all of their vegetables, beef, breads, beer, and coffee (basically anything they can’t make in house) locally, West End Cafe really strives to be a contributing part of the community. And that’s something we can always get behind.
