Though recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the “Best Business Lunch” spots in the area, we're kinda into hitting up Mère Bulles for date nights, too.Housed in a 1940’s plantation home that was once a thoroughbred horse farm, this Brentwood eatery has been serving up the best in gourmet comfort food for 12 years. Though recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the “Best Business Lunch” spots in the area, we're kinda into hitting up Mère Bulles for date nights, too.
While the white tablecloths and winding staircase might suggest an “uptight” vibe of sorts, that couldn’t be further from the truth (the comfort food-heavy menu balances nicely with the restaurant’s grand interiors). From seared ahi tuna to smoked chicken enchiladas and blackened fish tacos, the menu features a little something for everyone, including options for vegetarians and gluten-free eaters. We’re big fans of all of the fish dishes and for turf lovers, you can't go wrong with the perfectly cooked filet mignon. Oh, and be sure to check out the Mère Bulles patio on a pretty day—it’s one of the best in the city.
