The prix fixe menu at this lively dinner destination is a south-of-the-border highlight reel that showcases the best of a handful of nations. But whatever you choose, make sure to try the Mambo Mojito. We won't lie—the song is already playing in our heads, which means we're nice and primed for the experience we can expect at this famous Latin supper club. The prix fixe menu here is a south-of-the-border highlight reel that showcases the best of a handful of nations: we started with ceviche de camarones from Ecuador, moved on to pernil from Puerto Rico and parrillada from Argentina, then wrapped things up with a fantastic Colombian torta de queso (dulce de leche cheesecake). Once we made our dinner choices, though, we felt the need to commune with the rum list, where we finally settled on the "Mambo Mojito." The Copacabana's take on the classic Cuban cocktail is the only companion we needed on this Latin American adventure. Except for our date, of course—they don't call it the hottest club north of Havana for nothin'.
