The Stellan closes the chasm between corporate and casual clientele, enveloping both worlds under a single catwalk. It's our thinking that Stellan is the proper noun for the adjective “stellar,” right? Well, regardless of what one thinks at the outset, The Stellan is closing the chasm between corporate and casual clientele, enveloping both worlds under a single catwalk. In fact, The Stellan is located in the space that previously housed Katwalk Lounge and retains the balcony area for VIP attendees. But what of us common folk who just want to watch the game? The Stellan’s eight TV monitors broadcast different events simultaneously, while 12ft projector screens blast images on either wall to complete the 360-degree visual takeover. While your eyes are occupied, fill your stomach with The Stellan’s specialties. The Italian eggroll dips an Asian treat into Mediterranean waters, emerging stuffed with Italian sausage, peppers, mozzarella, and filetto di pomodoro. Split the salmon sliders, layers of seared salmon filets spread with lemon dill aioli on Hawaiian buns. The Stellan beckons your introduction to its little friend, The Herald, a vodka and fruit infused house specialty. Drink in the atmosphere from the outside in all winter: the outdoor sidewalk seating area will soon be heated and draped with a canvas enclosure. Pop a bottle of Cristal or stop in for a light meal. The Stellan’s stellar service doesn’t discriminate.
