On top of adding a whole new style of slice to the ‘hood, Blue Planet also offers the gamut of topping possibilities for their pies (move over, pepperoni). For a totally new take on the traditional Neapolitan – go for the Tequila Pizza or the Smoked Salmon pie. The latter is a layering of the satisfying smoked fish, accompanied by fresh mozzarella, sliced pomodoro, red onions and capers. And the former is just like what it sounds: house-made tequila sauce, fresh mozzarella, asiago cheese, prosciutto, pineapple, shrimp and mango salsa. Everything needed to get that perfect pizza buzz.
