From a fruit-packed parfait for breakfast to a croissant sandwich for a fulfilling lunch, they’ve got the goods. Come morning, each parfait is loaded with a healthy layering of granola, dried cranberries, bananas, strawberries and honey. Next up, in the sandwich department, we’d head straight for the Arctic Fox, stuffed with avocado, turkey, brie, red onions and mixed greens. Then for folks who’ve been particularly good all day, we propose a treat: hot chocolate at Little Fox comes heaped with marshmallows and drizzled in chocolate sauce.
