That would be our Local Scouts. These fine folks are Scoutmob-approved storytellers, socialites, and fellow citizens. They're just like you, only they come standard with a camera, laptop and an incessant need to share their view of this city with anyone who'll feign interest. If you happen to see them wandering about town, kindly reach out for a high-five. After all, it's the neighborly thing to do.

Carly is a writer, music geek & mustard addict (not a euphemism) living in Brooklyn. She can most often be found in bars with inadvisable bathrooms or anywhere with a decent supply of goat cheese.

Elie really likes the Beatles. Dave has more Chuck Taylors than Chuck Taylor. Both have had work appear in major mags, pubs and nets, so their coverage of the ever-changing L.E.S. is what you might call "legit."

Jason Anello loves food. That started when he was five. So did his love for tasting the local. Local these days runs from Brooklyn to India to Argentina, but he'll follow the scent of a thick-cut, bone-in pork chop like a police dog tracking down a kilo of Colombian cocaine regardless of country borders. Yeah, he prefers the hard stuff.
