Look. Times have been tough. Certainly, none of us are made of money. And even if we were, lord knows we'd still love a good deal, right? So, a little free entertainment is always a welcome option. The question is, what are the options? So, we asked you:

WHAT'S THE BEST FREE THING TO DO ON A SATURDAY NIGHT IN NYC?

Our Scout says:

Every Saturday night there's a free cabaret show called Floating Kabarette at the Galapagos Art Studio in Brooklyn. It's awesome. There's music, burlesque, even trapezing. And to top it off, there's a stylist there giving free haircuts. Two birds? I say, "Kill 'em."

Pete's Candy Store in Williamsburg doesn't charge a cover for their live music.
- Matt Handston

Well, if you're willing to take a trip, on Saturday afternoons the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company in Pleasantville gives free tours and beer tastings.
- Seth Burkman

It's not on a Saturday, but the comedy show at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater on Monday nights is free and major comedians have been known to stop by for surprise sets!
- Jessica Olsen

If you're name happens to be on the name-night calendar at Antarctica, you'll drink all night for free.
- Hannah Smith
