The details

Each print in this 2046 series provides general information about a different National Park along with graphics that display how each park is being affected by climate change. Glacier National Park, first named in 1910, is an idyllic stretch of over one million acres in northern Montana with 200 waterfalls, more than 700 lakes, and many stark mountains carved by glaciers. When European settlers first saw the area, over 150 glaciers remained. The region was once a hunting ground as well as the site of many vision quests for Native American tribes.
