The details

Japantown is home to the largest population of Japanese residents in San Francisco. Also known as Little Osaka, this neighborhood boasts the Peace Pagoda, a five-tiered structure presented to San Francisco by the city of Osaka. Because of this tight connection to Japan, this print pays homage to the Japanese flag with a red spherical element and a clean white design. The goldfish represents a koi fish (both are types of carp), Japan's most popular and colorful fish.

Custom trimmed 13x16 print. Actual print is 11x14 with a 1" border, and printed locally on partially recycled paper. It can be framed using a standard 16x20 mat with an 11x14 opening.
