March right to the back, Scoutmates! Sure, the rest of Gotham Tavern has a dreamy sort of je ne sais quoi what with a tree mural, mirrored walls with free-floating driftwood, and the natural woods throughout. But no! To the back we go, where two walls of wood and windows wrap around black tables that await your next soiree as you and your 12 besties meet for intimate drinks-and-drinks-and-drinks over Southwestern chicken burgers with luscious sweet potato fries that are so golden, you’d better wear sunglasses.

Barry, the lucky owner-cum-chef extraordinaire didn’t change a thing about the place when he bought it in 2006. But he did shake up the menu with fresh ingredients, a full assortment of beer, local and affordable wines, and did we mention the sweet potato fries? And if you’re a hankerin’ for hamburger, pull up a plate.
