Scout Notes: The name of this brand spanking new spot pretty much says it all. Chomp down on slow cooked (we’re talking 12 hours marinating in a crock pot) pork shoulder topped with tangy slaw on a grilled brioche roll and Swig on an imported-from-NYC Ommegang Abbey Ale. The menu will rotate, with new specials being introduced, but offerings won’t be more than just a few sandwiches, to ensure a laser focus on flavor and quality. Chomp N’ Swig is quickly becoming a neighborhood hang out with people dropping in for morning coffee and pastries (fresh baked ham and cheese croissants!) and catching up over sandwiches and beers at lunch and after work. So if you find yourself talking with your mouth full, you're doing it just right.
