Ok, so we all know that the "end of summer" everywhere else actually means "the beginning of nice weather" here. But for the sake of the global calendar, summer is inching toward an end. Have no fear: there's still time to pack in all that summer fun you've been meaning to have. It's as easy as remembering your ABCs.

Angel Island. Hike, picnic, kayak or camp out on this State Park, smack in the middle of the Bay.

Bike the bridge and through the Marin Headlands.

Cookout at Crissy Fields.

Dolores Park hangout, hipster style.

Explore Golden Gate Park's hidden trails.

Frolic with the doggies at Fort Funston.

Giants game at AT&T Park, plus garlic fries.

Hike Muir Woods to the Tourist Club.

Ice cream at one of SF's tasty treat purveyors.

Jump in the ocean at Baker Beach (we dare you!).

Kiss someone at Corona Heights.

Lunchtime dance party at Beats for Lunch.

Movie aboard a ship at the Maritime Museum.

Napa wine tasting (hey, who says we can't go all-out boughie once in a while?).

Open mic night just kidding! Unless you want to? Let's go with Orange Creamsicles and call it a day.

Pick blackberries at your nearest urban bramble.

Quality cocktails. 'Tis the season of fresh fruits and flavors. Indulge by ordering the girlies cocktail you can find and savor it to the last drop.

Restaurant time! Score seats at the city's favorite spots while the unwashed masses are out of town.

Stern Grove free summer concert (last one is August 26).

Tourist spots. See the city through a visitor's eyes, and hit up Alcatraz, Chinatown, and Fisherman's Wharf. Bonus point if you dress the part in fanny pack and terrycloth visor!

Up the ante at Golden Gate Fields (hit the races on Labor Day and you'll score this impossibly awesome hat).

Vistas. Take in vast views of the city at lookout points like Buena Vista Park and Tank Hill. And don't forget to Instagram the whole thing.

Weekend getaway to Santa Cruz, Tahoe or your nearest campsite. You need it.

X-ray vision and secret science at the Exploratorium (Tactile Dome ftw!)

Yoga in the park. Get some fresh air and exercise. Then you can transition straight to beer afterwards.

Za. That's pizza in a language no one speaks. Stock up on some deep dish slices at favorites like Little Star and Paxti's, draw the shades, and watch TV for hours. It's a summer tradition.
