Brad’s heritage draws from across Italy: a mother from Lombardia, Sicilian grandparents, and extended family along the coast and in the Dolemites. That ethnic diversity shows in the broad spectrum of his menu offerings. He delivers “fresh daily” seafood, and he always has game dishes like rabbit, venison, pheasant and boar. That and his passion for soul food mean every dish is a trip to culinary heaven. “I like to wow people because I like to be wowed,” he says grinning. He still has friends in the biz that drop by for low-key jazz gigs with an intimate audience. He still uses fresh, local, and organic ingredients.
