Like everything else at this Persian eatery, the bread is made-to-order. Moments later, you'll see a large plate-sized piece of bread upon which your piping hot, fresh-off-the-grill kabobs will find their home until you devour them in one fell swoop. And you'll want to especially if you order the Kubideh kabob because unlike most places, at Bread & Kabob, the lamb is freshly ground on the premises, meaning when they say it's prepared fresh, they really mean in. Of course, don't feel like you need to limit yourself, if you're feeling especially adventurous, order the Dizi. A traditional Persian lamb stew, this dish combines white beans, chick-peas, onions, potatoes, garlic, tomatoes, dried lime, rolled oats and spices, into a ridiculously tasty concoction that's slow-cooked overnight.
