Although half the tweets about this year's Rammy Awards had to do with people's millinery choices (literal hat tip to everyone, especially Washington Post food writer David Hagedorn, who showed up in a tiny monopoly hat), the real reason DC's dining industry came together was to honor some of this city's best eateries.
