As part of DC Beer Week, New Belgium is taking over the taps at Penn Social on Friday and they’re bringing Rolle Bolle with them—both the game and the summer seasonal ale. Grab a friend and sign up online to compete in the 32-team Rolle Bolle tournament, with a grand prize of a New Belgium cruiser bike.

Trillectro Music Festival

Trillecto is back for its second year, and hometown hero Wale is headlining the hip-hop/electronic music festival this time around. Get pumped for more than 20 DJs and performers, food trucks, vendors and a moonbounce, too. Tickets start at $39.

As part of The Fridge’s “The Elements of Hip Hop” series in August, artists will set up shop on Saturday to sell prints, t-shirts, artwork and more. It’s free to visit the market, and don’t miss The Fridge’s street art exhibits, featuring skateboard art, a wheat paste poster show and an exhibit with over 10,000 stickers.

Wes Anderson Tribute Film Screening

All this month, EatBar is screening the oeuvre of Wes Anderson at its free weekly Sunday cinema night, and this Sunday the film is “The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.” Settle in for Anderson’s signature carefully orchestrated whimsy, and order a few of EatBar’s small plates like corn dog bites, ice cream sandwiches and BLT doughnuts.

Chef Justin Bittner is leaving Logan Circle favorite Bar Pilar, but before he goes, he’s cooking a few of his favorite dishes one last time. The restaurant is bringing in a DJ and closing up its upstairs dining room for a pig roast throwdown, with sides like Maryland crab balls and Amish rolls with pimento cheese. Tickets include unlimited food and drinks for $50.
